Mark and Monica Nyman are entrepreneurs who have established a successful food brokerage business in the mid-Willamette Valley in Oregon. Their business, foodguys, started in 1991 and is located in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Mark and Monica value family, education, commitment and leadership and hold a belief that anything is possible. Monica is the chairperson and Mark is the vice chairperson of the Foundation Board.

As the founder and of Cascade Fruit Marketing, Inc. dba foodguys, Mark Nyman has gained multiple achievements in the service industry. Mark also has a real estate portfolio that encompasses multiple cities and states across the US: with over a thousand units. These properties are developed to make a difference in the lives of their neighbors.
Mark’s philosophy is: Anything is Possible with an emphasis of “why not?” and learning to have new experiences.

Monica Nyman
Growing up around Air Force Bases has given Monica a lifelong appreciation for new friendships and diverse cultures. Monica and Mark started their first company at the same time they got married, in August of 1991. Monica has been involved with a number of charitable causes, including 20+ years as a lactation educator and 18 years volunteering at her children’s elementary school. She enjoys spending time traveling with Mark and their five children and their two small grandchildren.

Tracy Sanderson
After graduating college, she worked as a paralegal and after her youngest son was born with a congenital heart defect, she established and operated a registered in-home childcare business for 8 years in order to care for him. She served on the parent leadership committee for more than 8 years while her children attended grade school and coordinated several fundraisers over the years for the benefit of the school. She is passionate about being involved in opportunities that promote leadership and career development in young people.
Tracy is the current CEO of the Nyman Foundation and has been volunteering at the foundation for more than 5 years.

Dave Guile
Dave is a retired school teacher, counselor, and administrator. He has worked in public and private schools and has been in a variety of roles from teacher to superintendent. Dave has his own consulting business focusing on organizational analysis, training, grant writing, and evaluation.

Annie Buse
Annie received her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Corban University.
Annie is certified as a Personal Trainer and Prevention Specialist and works as an Alcohol, Drug, and Problem Gambling Prevention coordinator. Part of her current role allows her to work with rural high school youth and provide them the opportunity to expand their perspective on what they can do and achieve when they graduate high school.
Annie is passionate about helping people and providing opportunities to live an overall healthy lifestyle.

Amanda Guile-Hinman
Amanda currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Wilsonville, Oregon, representing the City in a wide variety of contract, litigation, real estate, and government law matters.
Amanda has served as a Board Member since 2016. Amanda has championed funding opportunities for the GOALS Summit at Portland State University, Lemonade Day by the McMinnville Area Chamber, and the Hoover Elementary Girls on the Run program.
Treasurer
Bob Pascalar
Bob has been involved in finance and commercial lending for over 20 years. He enjoys sharing that experience with others in the community. Being a part of the Nyman Foundation gives Bob the opportunity to support youth in the community to learn about finance, leadership, and business.
He is the current Treasurer for the Nyman Foundation and participates in mock interviews and Guppy Tank.
Bob was a past treasurer for the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce.

Madeline Nyman
Madeline is the oldest of five children and grew up in a small town in Oregon. One of Madeline’s earliest teachers taught her the importance of inclusion, caring for our neighbors, and that it doesn’t cost much to be kind. Madeline has carried these lessons with her throughout life, choosing to volunteer throughout middle and high school in homeless shelters, schools, and the Ronald McDonald House in Portland before choosing to pursue nursing. Madeline has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Stirling. She is currently living and working in Scotland with her daughter and two cats. When she’s not working, Madeline enjoys traveling, and baking.

Luofan Wu
Born and raised in Zhanjiang, China, Luo Fan Wu moved to the United States as a young adult with little to no knowledge of the English language. With hard work, determination, and sacrifice, she established a successful restaurant in the Woodburn area and ran it for over twenty years. Luo Fan then transitioned into a new passion, helping others in their home ownership journey, and began her career as a realtor. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and providing opportunities for young minds. In her free time she enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling with her two kids.
